The mind is an extraordinary tool. It is a highly refined instrument capable of tremendous accomplishments. Like most tools it needs to be maintained, to be tuned, sharpened, and cleaned for it to function at peak performance. We all know the advantages to keeping the mind sharp and we also know that learning is the best exercise you can do to grow and sharpen your mind. So take a few minutes each day to stop the madness and exercise your brain by reading a book, learning a few new words, work on a puzzle, or play a game. If you can reduce the risk of thought-stagnation or brain rot even just a little wouldn’t it be time well spent?
